'Late last year, as part of the Queensland State Government Stay Connected initiative, I travelled around Western Queensland to bring women together to share their stories. Part of a workshops series undertaken by Queensland Writers Centre to help relieve isolation and loneliness, and reduce the risk of homelessness by building community around older women.'
