'Kimy Rose loves her family including her grandpa very much. But she has noticed that her grandpa has been forgetting a lot of things lately. When he is diagnosed with an illness called dementia, he has to go to a special place to be looked after. While visiting her grandpa there, Kimy Rose and her friend Mikey discover a magical land called The Land of the Rose Gardens, which helps them to make sense of it all. With the help of the magical creatures that live there, they also go on a special quest to create The Land of the Sunflowers. This is because sunflowers are the symbol for Hidden Disabilities of which dementia is one. Come along and join Kimy Rose and Mikey as they discover more about how to use creativity to be brave, and how to enjoy the little things in life.'
