'Inspired by the emu invasion of Peterborough in 2018. Liam O'Connor, a once wealthy landowner, finds himself homeless and living rough in a city beachside carpark. Returning to Emu Creek he finds the pub is closed, the shops are boarded up, and the garage is closed.
