BiographyHistory

'Jason Di Rosso is a filmmaker and critic, and the host of The Screen Show on ABC RN, the Australian public broadcaster's only weekly program dedicated to cinema and television. In a broadcast career spanning three decades, he has galvanised national attention around the screen arts, serving as a bridge between audiences and filmmakers with his incisive, in-depth interviews and criticism.

'He holds a doctorate in film from the University of Technology, Sydney. Outside the ABC, his writing on film and popular culture has appeared in GQ magazine and The Australian.

'He has delivered talks, been a guest on panels and moderated filmmaker discussions at various festivals and universities, and has worked as a film lecturer at Australia's leading performing arts school, The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).'
