The late Dulcie Kelantumama was a respected Tiwi elder and knowledge-holder. For many years, Dulcie worked as a teacher. Dulcie sang in the Strong Women's group, famed for touring Australia and for its cross-cultural musical collaborations. (Tiwi Story)
