AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'It began with a satellite. Now the night sky is heavy, whizzing and whirring, and no one has seen a real star in over a generation. Capitalism is infinite, and legacy is bought and sold. The stars have become lonely. And vengeful. Something has to change.

'Following Cato, an A.I. engineer turned revolutionary, Starweaver grapples with the difficulties of overthrowing an unfair system and the thorny moral dilemmas of direct political action. Through a futuristic lens, Starweaver examines issues that matter right now, diving headfirst into a world of unfettered capitalism, revolution, entropy, memory, chaos and, ultimately, hope.

'Crafted with a cutting-edge blend of CGI and gaming technology, Starweaver promises to be an urgent and unforgettable science-fiction epic. Brought to you by the multi-award-winning theatre makers Madness of Two.'
