'Andrew has degrees in Surveying, Applied Science and Arts, and a PhD. He is writing a second PhD dissertation. In the 1970s/80s he was a mapping surveyor. During 1983-2010 he undertook research and teaching at Melbourne then Murdoch universities. For 25 years he’s worked with Aboriginal organisations and communities. He writes poems, plays and memoir.'
