'Jack Roney is a member of the Queensland Writers Centre and Australian Crime Writers Association. He lives with his family in Brisbane, Australia. His writing is inspired by over thirty years in law enforcement where he gained experience as an investigator, tactical skills and firearms instructor, police academy instructor, strategic policy writer and media officer. He draws on his experience as a former detective to bring authenticity and realism to his writing and to immerse the reader in fast-paced, gritty and emotionally charged stories.
