BiographyHistory

Rock musician, pianist, and songwriter. Head also composed the music for rock musical Lofty (libretto by Rob George), which was staged in Adelaide in 1977, and was 'musical director' of the Mount Lofty Rangers, a country-rock band that included, among its many members, Bon Scott, Jimmy Barnes, Robyn Archer, and Glenn Shorrocks.

He is the father of Lo Carmen.
