Costume designer, set designer, and production designer, best known for her long-term professional collaboration with Baz Luhrmann (also her spouse). She has won Academy Awards for production and costume design for Moulin Rouge! and The Great Gatsby; BAFTA Awards for Strictly Ballroom, Romeo + Juliet, The Great Gatsby, and Elvis; and a Tony Award for La boheme (for the Broadway restaging of the original Opera Australia production).
