BiographyHistory

Rock band. Originally formed as The Mustangs in Adelaide in 1964, and changed their name later that year. Their 'home-base' club was The Beat Basement on Rundle Street, located within Adelaide's CBD. They later relocated to Melbourne. They attempted to break into the UK market, but disbanded in 1972.
