'Michele Fermanis-Winward lives close to the summit of the World Heritage Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia, on Darug and Gundungurra Land. With a long career as a visual artist, she considers herself an Imagist poet. Through her writing, she rails against injustice and discrimination in all its forms.
