'Of Samoan, Tahitian, and European descent, born in Papeete and raised in Mā’ohi Nui, Samoa, Aotearoa and Kanaky, Temiti Lehartel is a first year cotutelle PhD candidate in Global Urban and Social Studies (RMIT) and in Literature (Paul Valéry University, Montpellier III). Currently working as a full-time senior school teacher in French Polynesia, Temiti holds the Agrégation and has co-edited the Ellipses textbook on Carpentaria for the 2022 Agrégation.
