Source: Publisher's blurb.

Notes

  • The Ngoni people lived in South Africa, in what is now kwaZulu-Natal (created 1994): they were displaced in the nineteenth century in what is called Mfecane (isiZulu), Difaqane or Lifaqane (Sesotho) or 'the great scattering' (English), a period of widespread displacement and warfare among indigenous ethnic groups in South Africa.
