'Nathan Hastie is a [ ] graduate of the University of Queensland's School of Communication and Arts, majoring in Drama and English Literature. He completed his Honours in Drama under the supervision of Associate Professor Stephen Carleton. His work investigates the process by which Australian plays find critical and commercial success in inter-national markets, aiming to construct a framework that can help propagate Australian works in global markets. He has presented his research at the UQs Work in Progress conference and aims to continue his studies with his Masters in 2022, further interviewing Australian artists to build a comprehensive library on the creative process that underpins Australia's most successful works.'
