AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'The murder of an elderly man in a burning caravan in the Northern New South Wales town of Murwillumbah is investigated by Detectives Louis Gautier and Maurie Ogden and their team from the Tweed Heads Police Precinct. This investigation expands as complications arise and there are twists and turns in its course. The members of a local volunteer group provide valuable evidence to the incident team that ultimately leads to a prosecution. Detective Gautier had already brought to a successful conclusion the case of the murder of two young girls in the area, and he and his team have a growing reputation.'
