'Abeny Monyteng Ring Mayol is a South Sudanese emerging Sweatshop writer from Western Sydney. She lived in Kakuma refugee camp in the Turkana district and Nairobi, Kenya where she learned how to read and write. In 2011, Abeny moved to Adelaide, South Australia and successfully completed a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning with (Honours) from the University of South Australia. '
