Brooke Maddison is an emerging writer and editor living and working on unceded Turrbal and Yuggera land. She had undertaken a Masters of Writing, Editing and Publishing at The University of Queensland.
In addition to work individually indexed on AustLit, she has been published in Kill Your Darlings, Antithesis and Jacaranda, where she was awarded the 2019 prize for creative non-fiction.
She was awarded the 2021 UQP Writing Mentorship.
