Naavikaran is a transgender non-binary youth worker, LGBTIQ+ artivist and a body-movement facilitator from India, based in Brisbane. Their areas of work include addressing systemic oppression against marginalized communities, especially those who are homeless and curating inclusive spaces for people to explore self-expression. In 2020, Naavikaran was named one of 30 Under 30 LGBTIQ+ Leaders in Australia by Out For Australia in recognition of their work and contribution to community.
