Maria Elena Indelicato received her PhD from the Department of Gender and Cultural Studies, University of Sydney. Besides her monograph Australia’s New Migrants: International Students’ History of Affective Encounters with the Border (Routledge 2018), she has published in race, feminist and cultural studies journals such as Outskirts: Feminism Along the Edge, Critical Race and Whiteness Studies, Chinese Cinemas, Inter-Asia Cultural Studies and Transnational Screens and Paedagogica Historica.
