AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Only one thing is certain: We all die.

'But in our world of privilege and plenty we do not expect our children to die. This book is a conversation between a mother and daughter Scarlet, a young woman of 20, who died in 2012, just ten days before she turned 21. Stray Pages is a mash-up of random, non-linear thoughts and feelings spread across 13 months and spanning ten years or more.

'Here are words, poems and songs gathered from the diaries of Scarlet and Victoria; song lyrics from Scarlet’s sister, and a few other voices called upon to help.'
