BiographyHistory

The Australian Children's Laureate Foundation (formerly Australian Children's Laureate Alliance 2008-2018) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2008. The ACLF 'champions and promotes the transformational power of reading in the lives of young Australians.' It's vision is 'to enrich the lives of young Australians through the power of story.'

ACLF appoints an Australian Children's Laureate every two years. The Laureate's role is promote the importance of stories and reading for young Australians.
