Sonya Frossine studied creative writing at Curtin University. 'Her poetry has previously won awards in national competitions such as the Ipswich Poetry Feast (2017) and the Roland Leach Poetry Prize (2018). Several of her poems have been published in student magazines, including Primo Lux, which allowed her to perform her work as an invited guest at the 2019 Perth Poetry Festival.'
