Lauren Mullings co-produces the Jamaican Music & Food Festival, which celebrates music and food of Jamaican origin. She also runs a marketing company, Cleverbitch, which is on a mission to improve the representation of people of colour in the Australian media.
she was a 2023 Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow.
