'Tandi Palmer Williams is an arts research specialist and Managing Director of research agency Patternmakers. She was previously Research Manager for the Digital R&D Fund for the Arts at Nesta, Manager Research and Strategic Analysis at Australia Council for the Arts, and Senior Consultant, Economics and Policy at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tandi is accredited as a Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) and is an Associate of the University of Technology Sydney Institute of Public Policy and Governance.'
