AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Sam was the girl most likely to succeed, go places, and make it big. But she didn’t.

'She attempted suicide a couple of weeks ago, and she wants to have another crack.

'Now she’s virtually under house arrest, back in her hometown in the ass-end of nowhere. And everybody knows she’s suicidal. Her mother’s riddled with guilt. Her grandma doesn’t believe in “all this depression business”. And her recently outed ex- boyfriend, the struggling stand-up comedian Jess, is the only mate she’s got.

'Sam asks Jess for help in killing herself. Jess is on-board.'
