1 Hyperdream Adriane Daff , Mikala Westall , 2021 single work drama

'Two interconnected story lines collide in this sci-fi, low-fi meets hi-fi live theatre experience like you’ve never seen before.

'Dream with me.

'If you could re-do a moment in your life, a moment whose memory haunts you, turns you beet red out of nowhere in the supermarket, still has you screaming one-sided conversations in the shower… would you do it? Enter HYPERDREAM; a simulated reality designed to bring you peace, redemption or whatever closure your mind desires.

'A group of tormented people decide to delve into the dark conflict of their psyches to make things right. They’ve done the work, they’ve paid the premium, but will it be enough? Will it make them feel better? If it feels real… can we all agree that it is real?

'HYPERDREAM is a journey through obsessions, coping mechanisms and our understanding of reality.'

1 Ate Lovia Jordan Shea , 2021 single work drama

'1996.

'Life seems to be looking up for the Ejercito family despite an arrival of a new boom of conservatism, spearheaded by John Howard and Pauline Hanson. A new job, a new role in an ultra-fabulous amateur production of a Broadway classic and falling in love.

'Nineteen-year-old Lovia, her younger, theatrical brother Vergel, live in a house in the Sutherland Shire with their disenfranchised father, Jovy, who has long descended into alcoholism, frequently passes out under the Hills Hoist.

'Lovia’s unearthed desires slowly emerge as she carves out bigger dreams, away from mundanity of Australian suburbia, and the political instability of the Philippines. On the cusp of her finding love in the aisles of a Franklin’s supermarket, the lives of Lovia and Vergel are rocked to its core following the return of an estranged presence, which sends Jovy’s resentment toward their motherland into overdrive.

'Ate Lovia is a new Filipino-Australian drama, that interrogates what it means to stay loyal to your family, no matter how brutal it gets.'

1 Chorus Emme Hoy , 2019 single work drama

'Oozing with heart but stricken with the politics of familial duty and responsibility, Chorus is about the unending pressures on women to conform to certain roles -- and the potentially tragic results when they break that mould: when they want too much. When they go a step too far.'
