BiographyHistory

Bernard Namok Jnr is a Torres Strait Islander man from Thursday Islander. He is co-producer of a documentary, Carry the Flag, about his father Bernard Namok Senior, designer of the Torres Strait Islander Flag.

In 2024, Bernard co-authored a picture book about the history of the Torres Strait Islander flag titled Our Flag, Our Story : The Torres Strait Islander Flag.
