A romance between a young Aboriginal woman (Wirrha) and an Aboriginal warrior (Merloo). Described in contemporary newspapers as 'sensitive', but little is known beyond the basic plot.
The play was produced again in Darwin with a local cast (25 April 1954), and while the fact that it was a local production was praised, the cast was felt to be too amateur for what was a 'difficult' play.
