Advertised as 'the first serial radio drama to be broadcast in Australia', although 2FC, which broadcast this serial, had broadcast two six-part serials by the same author earlier in the year: The White Rat and The Bond Street Mystery.
As with both the previous serials, the broadcaster offered a prize for solving the mystery: a two-valve Marconiphone receiving set.
Broadcast on 2FC from 29 September 1925.
Cast: Scott Alexander and his company.
Note: 'Scott King Alexander' was Codrington Ball's stage name.
