'Jayshree Mamtora is the Research Services Coordinator at Charles Darwin University Library. She has considerable experience of working in libraries in the U.K., the South Pacific and Australia. Her research interests include open access, social media, bibliometrics and altmetrics. Jayshree is also the NT ALIA (Australia Library and Information Association) Manager and Chair of the IFLA Regional Standing Committee for Asia and Oceania.'
