  • – Premiered at the King's Head Theatre in London, April 27, May 4, and May 11, 2013.

    – Performed at the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival

    – In 2015 it was performed Off-Broadway at New World Stages.

    – Australian premiere in Perth at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, Heath ledger Theatre 27 August - 11 September 2016.
