'Malcolm Turnbull has overhauled the Prime Minister's Indigenous Advisory Council, appointing six Aboriginal members. He has also dropped Bundjalung man Nyunggai Warren Mundine, who was appointed as chair three years ago by then Prime Minister Tony Abbott.'
