'John Ryan is Head of English at Southern Cross Distance Education School and President of the North Coast Branch of the NSW English Teachers Association. He has published widely in the field of human rights education, and most recently, “Peacebuilding education: enabling human rights and social justice through cultural studies pedagogy” with Baden Offord.
