History

'Since 1962, the Story Writing & Art Competition – generally known as ‘SWAC’ has been run annually in Victoria. The competition was set up to allow the veteran community to use their creativity and talent to promote health and lifestyle benefits – it us run by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and the Austin Repatriation Hospital.'
