History

'The Perilous Adventures Short Story Competition is an annual competition for short stories up to 5000 words in any genre. The competition's focus is on recognising and rewarding writers of outstanding short fiction, and supporting them in further developing their profile and career. The prize is announced each year during the Brisbane Writers Festival. Prizes include publication and mentorships. ' (From publication website)
