History

The Dogwood Initiative was set up by the Miles Regional Arts Council in western Queensland in response to the dearth of contemporary plays tackling issues relevant to country Australians.

Notes

  • Sponsored by the Miles Regional Arts Council Inc. and the Murilla Shire Council this competition is for a one-act play that focuses on rural issues in the 21st century.
