The Richard Lane Award is awarded for Outstanding Service and Dedication to the Australian Writers' Guild

Notes

  • Presented for outstanding service and dedication to the Australian Writers' Guild, this award was named in honour of Richard Lane who was one of the founders of the AWG. Noted as one of Australia's most prodigious and experienced scriptwriters for television and radio, Lane was the first recipient of the award in 1988.
