The Australian Horror Writers Association website records that a facsimile reprint of the story, as published in The Argosy in 1914 appears in one of the 2003 issues of Puldom (ctd. - 'Checklist of Australian Fantasy and Horror: D-G'). Google Books also indicates that Pulpdom published The Golden Octopus (but in 2002). The details relating to this publication are yet to be confirmed
