Jane and Bob Stack run a business taking people out fishing, but it is Jane who does all the work, while Bob fishes. One evening he asks her, as usual, to pick him up in the dinghy at midnight, before the tide covers the rocks. Bob cannot swim and Jane realises that, if she does not set the alarm, she will be free.
