BiographyHistory

Ragia Wanis has worked as a cartoonist and illustrator for major Egyptian newspapers from 1956-1967. He resided, studied and had his cartoons published in Japan and his art was exhibited in Kyoto and Osaka. During the late sixties he lived and exhibited in Paris before moving to live in Western Australia. He was the resident cartoonist for the National Farmer.
