BiographyHistory

Dr Gay Lynch has been a lecturer in the Department of English, Creative Writing and Australian Studies at Flinders University. She is the Fiction and Life Writing editor for Transnational Literature ejournal. Since 2005, she has published papers on creative writing research and pedagogy, Australian historical fiction, and the Irish diaspora, an adult novel, Cleanskin (2006) and short stories. During her time as a Middle School librarian, she published half a dozen stories for children. Lynch has also published Getting a Game (2000), part of the Macmillan primary readers series, Reading Safari 2 and Fiddling with Fate in the Crackers series of readers.
