BiographyHistory

Verka Paunovska has won many awards for her poetry in the United States of America and Australia. Her work was read on Radio 2EA in 1989 and 1990 and on Radio 2GB in 1990. She has read at Macedonian community gatherings in Sydney and her poetry has appeared in Macedonian periodicals such as SDA Magazine, Macedonia Weekly, Macedonia Herald, Torch (Bankstown) and K-Ma.
