BiographyHistory

Beatrice Sirko was educated in Bohemia and Austria. She worked as a companion to Baroness Von Kerb Weidenheim on the castle estate of Kunraticerom where she was offered a job by a film company which used the estate as a location for the making of the film Maturita [Matriculation examination]. She then worked with them for seven years. She moved to the Ukraine, then lived in Germany, Papua New Guinea and finally, Australia. Her work mainly reflects her seventeen years in Papua New Guinea.
