BiographyHistory

Zoila Stables was born in Argentina of English parents. She moved to Australia early in the 20th century and graduated in Arts from the University of Queensland in 1928. In 1936 she published a novel under her own name (misspelt as 'Staples' on title page) and one under the pseudonym 'Eleanor Peters'.
