BiographyHistory

Jonathan Charles Cox a descendant from the either the Joti Jota or Pangerang tribe was born in Echuca, Victoria. His mother's name was Kay Atkinson, and his grandfather was Amby Atkinson from the Cummeragunga Mission. At the age of two he was adopted by Ron and Marie Cox in Melbourne and lived in Reservoir for three years. Leaving Melbourne with his adoptive family they lived in Hay, New South Wales for 14 years.
