BiographyHistory

The Indo-China Refugee Association of Victoria (VICRA) was part of the Indo-China Refugee Association (ICRA), which assisted immigrants from Indo-China to settle in Australia and helped with the migration process, and with the needs of refugees. VICRA published autobiographical stories and folktales in the early 1980s, as well as a bulletin.
