BiographyHistory

Arthur Delaney came to prominence as the Australian expatriate who led the 'Kangaroo Gangs' in the UK and Europe during the 1960s and 1970s. Their shoplifting operation targetted upmarket stores such as luxury emporia in Knightsbridge and fine jewellers in Mayfair.
