Twenty-something best friends Jackie and Lucy are together known as 'Jucy.' They spend their days working at a local alternative video store serving customers who are mostly disenfranchised freaks and geeks. Always on the outside looking in but never alone as long as they have each other they combat boredom with their own special brand of 'joie de vivre'. After constant badgering from friends and family about their 'womance' (a non-sexual but co-dependent relationship between two women), the girls decide to expand their horizons. Jackie plans to snag a boyfriend and Lucy decides to apply for the job of her dreams. The question, however, is will all this growing up lead to them growing apart?
