History

'The Residency is open to professional Australian artists working in literary or visual media who maintain a strong interest in contemporary, modern, medieval, or ancient Greek culture. The award includes accommodation, for the month of December, in a spacious apartment in the heart of Athens. The apartment is located at the foot of the Acropolis, in in close proximity to the Acropolis Museum. It is a short walk from the Akropoli Metro Station, providing easy access to broader Athens.'
